Welcome to Hamrane Hyttefelt and our cabins, which are beautifully situated in Bjørheimsbygd in scenic Ryfylke. Here you will find opportunities for a wide range of activities, and surroundings that are ideal for relaxation.

The cabins are set in an idyllic landscape, with a view of the lake and mountains. Explore the well-marked trails on foot, and savour what each season has to offer. There is also a public beach just 1 km away.

Hamrane is a half hour by car from Preikestolhytta Lodge, the starting point for a hike to Pulpit Rock. We can also recommend cruises on the Lysefjord and mountain hikes on Kjerag.

For a more urban alternative, Jørpeland, the key village of Ryfylke, is 20 km away, whereas an 8 km drive takes you to the quay at Tau, with ferries for Stavanger.

We have 7 cabins of varying size, with 3–6 beds. There is also a farm museum, a shared barbecue area, a playground, and a sandvolley pitch.

The nearest grocery store is at Tau (8 km), where you will also find restaurants, fast food kiosk, a petrol station, bank, and postal services (in Kiwi supermarket).
